I have been using them for the past couple of years for service checks and repairs when needed. Always are honest with me and easy to work with. The yearly service contract is a good deal and has helped me catch problems before they become a bigger problem.

Harley and his apprentice showed up in a timely manner to replace my gas valve on my natural gas furnace . They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and had the necessary part already on the truck to fix my issue .i have used this company before in the past and highly recommend them .

I called on a Saturday. My ac decided to arch and blow a whole threw the freon tank causing a leak. Harley was great. He did a full diagnosis of the system. He found the problem and fixed it. Great customer service! Of the companies that were listed as 24 hours in the area, they are the only company that actually answered their phone in the evening. We opted to wait until the next day because their after hours fee is really, really expensive so just be aware of that. They showed up on time the next day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. The technicians were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again if needed!

Had no Ac for 4 days. Called around and every other company was busy BUT the lady who answered here was so nice and said YES We can get someone out today it just was gonna be the end of the day. Harley was our tech. He called before coming, and quickly checked everything and diagnosed it quickly. Luckily the blower was under manufactured warranty. I just had my A/C replaced yesterday, Brandon and Jacob did a great job installing my unit. They was very professional and curtious, They answered every question I had. My new airconditioner is running great and keeping my house cool. The old unit was to small for my house and it just kept on running, it was 23 yrs old and on its last leg.

Harley was professional and honest. He went above and beyond to help me get AC again. He was thorough and also found that my breaker was bad in my house, although he couldnt fix it he found it. Praise the Lord! When the electrician came the breaker was already melting. My house could have burned down without him.

Our AC was having issue in the midst of the Texas heatwave. We had a company come out to access our system, and they swore that our compressor was out. My heart sank as I knew all my summer plans to get out of the house with my kids were going to be canceled so we could pay for a new AC unit. My brother-in-law urged me to get a second opinion and specifically named Samuel and Sons since he had worked with them previously and vouched for their honestly and work ethics. Im so glad I did! This company literally saved me thousands of dollars and were completely honest about what the issue was with our system (a little bit of operator error on the thermostat and an $80 part). In the end, it was their professionalism, honesty and integrity (in addition to the fact that their suggestion made more sense to me than anything said by the other contractors) that made me decide in their favor.

Installation was scheduled within days after we notified them of our plans.

On installation day, the crew arrived on time as scheduled and began work immediately to remove the old AC/Heater. Even though the crew had not been in the house before, they knew exactly what to do to get started right away. All I had to do was stay out of their way.

After they cleaned up and left, we started noticing an immediate improvement - especially in our problem cooling areas. The modification they suggested was correct and without it I doubt that any system we installed would have worked any better than the old one.

UPDATE: Obviously, the above review was written during the cooling season. We've now had an opportunity to use the heating side of the unit. I'm pleased to say that our heating costs this season - especially during the cold snap, were significantly lower than last year. It makes it a lot easier to make that loan payment for the new unit when we can actually see ourselves saving money each month.

Samuel & Sons has taken incredible care of our properties' HVAC needs for years now. They are extremely communicative, reasonably priced, and just plain awesome people. Over the years, they've handled changing out multiple systems for us, installing an air scrubber (this made such a difference with allergies,) and routine maintenance. You can't go wrong with Samuel & Sons; they are truly a cut above!

First Cody came out and tried to get the ac unit up and running took care of the capacitor and fan. But the compressor overheat valve would not close. Cody walked me though all my options and let me decide what we where going to do.
Harly and Caden came out and installed the guardian 407 refrigerant unit. Both tech's had great attention to detail. Harly did an excellent job of walking me though the process of what they where doing and check details of what caden was doing.

So far we are happy with their work. They came out with our warranty company to fix an issue with our AC. Then we hired them out of warranty and added a UV light to our vent for cleaner air/bacteria control. I was going to buy the Air Scrubber and install it myself, but I decided to give them the business. Their pricing was right and lower compared to others in the area. Sophie was very helpful with my wife, and gave us the options to research the products they carried. The technicians were professional and did a good clean job. We decided to do the yearly maintenance contract with them as well.

These guys are as professional as it gets. I had another company come to my house and charge me $1,000 to "fix" my heater and it was still not working. The other company came two more times and still couldn't fix my problem, and only gave me $100 back. So I decided to try someone else and cut my losses.

I had Samuel and Sons come out, and TO THE RESCUE! Literally, within 30 seconds these guys figured out the problem with my heater. The motor to the inside fan on my AC went out. They diagnosed it very quickly and replaced it. My AC still was not working so they came back again. They diagnosed the problem within a couple minutes. They did have to go pick up supplies and come back but they got it fixed fairly quickly. They told me the pricing along the way and made sure I was okay with it before repairs were made and explained what they were doing as we went along. I am very happy to have working AC in July during a heatwave.

As a Disabled Veteran with health problems ARTIC air refused to go above and beyond their willingness to help me and I'm sure they've done it to many others. I even repeatedly informed them that I had health issues especially during triple digits temperatures.

Our AC went out yesterday afternoon 7/11/2022 and the temperature outside was 106*. We called this morning to see if they had a technician that could come out. None were available but she informed me that they had their own parts store. I went to their location and purchased a new capacitor. While I was there I spoke to Sam the owner and asked if he could come by and make sure that I hooked everything up properly. He followed me to the house and was a great help. Our AC is working great thanks to the courteous and professionalism of this business.

Samuel & Son's is the best- we had trouble opening up our rings for our heater pump, and a technician showed up in 20 minutes to help us get it off before the freeze is going to be coming later. We already have them for a service contract, with our AC unit and Heater Pump to our pool, and I would never call anyone else. They also installed our AC unit as well with no issues. I highly recommend using Samuel & Sons Heating and Air for any AC problems that you have. Cody, the technician, that came to check our AC unit was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would like to start off by saying that I wish I could give more stars. I used to think that customer service was a thing of the past till this company. I did not know what part I needed and was lost. This place walked me through all the symptoms and got me the part I needed, and did not try to just sell me any ol part. Then when I got home and realized I am no HVAC tech, and had no idea what I was doing he stayed on the phone with me for over two hours walking me through everything. I even asked at one point how much for them to just come out and do it, and the guy said that he wanted me to save my money and that we will get it going. He was right. He walked me through everything step by step, and now my AC is back up and running. Thank you so much for everything.

I went in and asked if he had any work to do to help out a veteran. He didn't, but still helped out. Awesome way to support yhe vets - not just to talk about it but to do it!

Came home from work and my ac was not working . It was 90+ in the home I called Samuel And Sons and Sofi answered after hours and was very helpful she sent out Cody he arrived 30 minutes after the phone call and had me up and running in no time. Our a/c went out right at 5pm and couldnt get our regular repairmen out till the following day Its 113 degrees outside and couldnt go all night so I called Samuel and Son They came right over and fixed the problem and even sprayed out our unit There amazing and very down to earth Looks like I have a new A/C repair team Thank you guys so much

As a military family with no roots, we often struggle to find honest repairmen. Whether it be our car, appliances, or more importantly here in Texas, our HVAC system. We were referred to Samuel and Sons after receiving disturbing news that our 6 year old AC would need to be replaced by a technician from Sadlers Heating and air. Since the system continued to cool our home efficiently we waited until it stopped cooling. That day was today. We contacted Samuel and Son and they were here in just a few hours. They were friendly and informative as they went to work and immediately found the problem. It was a faulty capacitor which was easily fixed at a VERY reasonable price. I cannot express how refreshing it is to find a company that provides stellar service with such solid integrity. Thank you SO much!

We had our heater go out on a Sunday. Called and they immediately showed up early Monday morning. The pricing was amazing and affordable, and the work was done within an afternoon. The boys are extremely polite and professional.

Our home warranty company selected Samuel & Sons for a service call, and I was skeptical. But, they arrived same day, on time. I couldn't be there, so I explained the issue over the phone to the tech, Cody. He completed an inspection, texted me a video to confirm the issue, and called to talk me through winter maintenance of our system. I'm very impressed and thankful.

My A/C went out late in the day around 4pm. I thought for sure I was sleeping with it A/C but the lady on the other end said she would have someone out that day. Cody showed up before 5. We recently moved into our new Tiny house and the ductless unit started acting up. Sam sent his guys out to fix it, but the unit was shot. Sam personally came out on the Fourth of July to check on things, and we determined that a new unit was in order. It was installed quickly and is GREAT! First Cody came out and tried to get the ac unit up and running took care of the capacitor and fan. But the compressor overheat valve would not close. Cody walked me though all my options and let me decide what we where going to do.
Harly and Caden came out and installed the guardian 407 refrigerant unit. Both tech's had great attention to detail. Harly did an excellent job of walking me though the process of what they where doing and check details of what caden was doing.
I had purchased a capacitor from the DIY store in cove across from the German restaurant. The mom did a great job of answering my questions and if she did not know the answer she was able to find it or contact someone who could get the answer.
This company is a family business that show a Dad who has trained his son up right to do quality work and a mom who can run the shop and communicate with the customers. I can say I have found someone I can trust and being a retired military veteran trust means alot.

So far we are happy with their work. They came out with our warranty company to fix an issue with our AC. Then we hired them out of warranty and added a UV light to our vent for cleaner air/bacteria control. I was going to buy the Air Scrubber and install it myself, but I decided to give them the business. Their pricing was right and lower compared to others in the area. Sophie was very helpful with my wife, and gave us the options to research the products they carried. The technicians were professional and did a good clean job. We decided to do the yearly maintenance contract with them as well.

These guys are as professional as it gets. I had another company come to my house and charge me $1,000 to "fix" my heater and it was still not working. The other company came two more times and still couldn't fix my problem, and only gave me $100 back. So I decided to try someone else and cut my losses.

I had Samuel and Sons come out, and TO THE RESCUE! Literally, within 30 seconds these guys figured out the problem with my heater. They were very polite, professional, to the point, got straight to work and knew what they were doing. I had Cody and Harley come to my house and these two gentleman are welcome back anytime. I am completely pleased and impressed with this company. I called them on a Friday evening and Cody and Donald came right out. There was a part that had to be ordered and Sam and Harley came out to install the blade. I called a previous company earlier in the year for the a different issue and was told I needed to replace the complete system soon. Sam told me that my system was only 5 years old and still under a warranty. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to just sell me something! I own a business and we talked about reviews. Sam mentioned that his only bad reviews were from insurance customers who just were upset with him for not lying and getting them a new system. Um hello, insurance fraud. Just like with my business bad reviews are going to happen but I can not see anyone could see anything but a good thing in this company.
